5 Parts of Gratitude

I was thinking about what Brian said about gratitude. I've decided there are 5 parts of actual gratitude.

1. Recognize it.
          Knowing when (all of the time) and where (everywhere) to be grateful is half of gratitude.

2. Appear grateful.
          Grateful people are not boastful, egocentric, angry, or conceited. Show gratitude.

3. Express it vocally.
          Always say thank you.

4. Thank God.
          We all know where everything comes from so don't forget to tell Him. For those of you who don't believe in God I can only imagine how much you'd have if you showed Him gratitude.

5. Give back.
          To be truly grateful you must pay it forward. Go ahead, it will make you feel better.
